Working for Lulalend was horrible, employers who do not care about their employees, to them we are just numbers, management with zero skills probably no qualifications, well some did not, they will make you feel small, and micromanagement at it’s peak, no benefits, working there is no different than being a taxi driver, they claim to have culture but have zero… managers managing us with their emotions, if they having a bad day will take it out on the staff members, No mutual respect, also there a huge racial issue.. probably my post will be taken down after mentioning that, employees resign everyday hence why they are always recruiting!!
