Pros

We have an extremely strong culture here at Luma. Supportive, Collaborative, Strong leadership with great communication. I have enjoyed the good pay and solid benefits especially their wonderful health plan. The action is everyday, fast-paced, but leadership actually invests in you.

Cons

Being addicted to the job. Having to work remote and not getting to see my fellow team members face to face often. We see each other on Zoom all the time, but never the same as a face to face.

Pros

The people, managers, and leadership are what make it all worthwhile. It’s a fast-paced and challenging job, but those three areas truly set it apart. My manager has supported me since day one and has been a champion of my growth. The company promotes from within, and if you have career goals, they will invest in you and provide the training needed to help you achieve them. The people are amazing and incredibly supportive. Being fully remote is also one of the best parts of the job!

Cons

The learning curve for both the product and the healthcare industry can be challenging, and it’s not for the faint of heart. It’s a fast-paced environment and can be a grind at times, but you’ll have plenty of support around you to help you succeed and achieve great results!

Pros

Solid earning potential, clear mission, and supportive leadership.

Cons

In a quota carrying role, numbers don't lie. 100% remote company so it's harder for leadership to see how best to support you unless you are an open communicator. If you don't ask for help and you are not performing, you get let go.
