      They accommodate any medical work restrictions if you have proper medical documentations from your health provider.

      Cons

      Some employees are hostile due to moods of the day and so if an employee started their day off on the wrong foot they take out on you and their supervisor backs them up and scolds you for not following procedures or find fault where there is none.
