      People are nice to your face.

      Cons

      Bad management, no transparency, struggling in technical direction, revolving door. Stay away. Stay away.

      Pros

      Great technology with recent big design wins, now complete executive team and influx of new hires are breathing some new life into the company. Great location with reverse commute for most employees, nice walking trails and restaurants nearby. Nice group of employees that are dedicated and work well together.

      Cons

      Office layout isn't really conducive to socialization (partly due to secure areas), there is clear separation between departments. Some of the furniture and equipment is dated and could do with a refresh.
