I've honestly loved working at M/H. The people are dynamite and the work is great. And the work-life balance is literally the best that I've experienced at any agency. Over time, the culture has shifted - I entered into a place that was fun-loving and honest, but maybe a lil cliquey (like every agency ever!!). Over my first year, and as more incredibly kind people were hired and nurtured, the M/H culture flourished. It is full of people who encourage passions, who love unique personalities and what makes other people tick. Different personalities are brought to the table at M/H: comedians, nerds, comic book lovers, food geeks/chefs, artists. There's such an array of talent and diverse people! M/H also has a variety of great clients, both AOR and project-based. You get a little bit of everything: luxury, food, products, gaming, etc. It's cool to see how the creatives can flex into all these different industries and begin to develop specialties.

I’m new to the agency and can confidently say I’m beyond happy with my decision to accept this job. Agency leadership is kind, respectful, and truly cares about every employee. The agency prioritizes DEI and has thorough processes in place to help the agency become more diverse, equitable, and inclusive moving forward. Client roster has a mix of interesting clients with a steady stream of new biz coming in. Coworkers are talented and down-to-earth, welcoming new folks with open arms. All in all, feel truly grateful to work here.
