      Can learn wholesome Fintech ecosystem.

      Cons

      Internal politics on appraisal & promotion, favortism. They will ask you to work beyond the timelines , go extra mile to complete work. But incase if you put paper and decide to move on everything will change you will be cornered all the rules and regulations bla bla things will come to picture
