      Pros

      The M3 team has made my transition into the company and industry an easy one. M3 is experiencing tremendous growth and transformation. Great leadership, a caring and supporting community of co-workers, that you can tell take pride in what they are doing. Daily the company is recognized by customers for a job well done and to me that shows the integrity of the company. Most companies talk about having a good work/life balance but at M3 they really do support you having a good balance.

      None that I can think of as a newer employee.

      Hour lunch breaks Leaving work on time Health insurance Non management employees

      No room for growth if you work in the office setting and not a male Favoritism PTO/Sick days are all lumped together and very minimal Upper management
