      Good Wages, Good Benefits, Excellent location, near to the best views of Rio de Janeiro.

      Bad Career plans. The organization prefers going to market and bring some professionals instead of promote old values on this team.

      Freedom to use different tecnologies. Easy to move internally to another team. Challenging projects.

      Cons

      Low maturity level in many projects. A lot of toil to handle. No main tech directives. The main focus is to build/support third-party products.

      The company are growing fast 'cause of that they are trying to improve their environment, they have a good structure with several facilities

      Cons

      The company is located at a old building which there are several structural issues on itself; The company has no clue how to pay their professionals regarding their motivation, does not matter if you are a regular employee or a very motivated, they are blind over that even when they are trying to give bonus to their employees. They do not have a career plan so you will probably end up get disapointed if you set your expections about improve your career too high.
