There can be times where the organizational leadership does let have a clear vision.

Presence of some bullying from leaders, what some experience as spiritual abuse and shaming and controlling techniques for those who disagree with certain leaders. Wives sometimes feel marginalized and voiceless. Much turnover as a result, especially in overseas locations.

Truly my worst professional experience. And it still haunts me. I don’t even know where to start. From management allowing a culture of bullying (of anyone who does not fit into their social groups - also read racism), to insensitive cultural trainings for new missionaries, to nepotism, to gossip, to a lack of inclusivity; you can find it all there. Do not venture into this place unless you can fit in with the demographics they usually hire.
