      Pros

      Good compensation. Staff members are friendly and attempt to foster a warm work environment. Staff sincerely desires to perform well at all times.

      Cons

      Upper management does not provide clear direction for new employees and has poor communication and behaves advantageously, as spearheaded by the owner's mandates. Management tends to take advantage of professionals until they determine that their usefulness has expired and that they can be easily replaced.

      Accounting/Finance department is toxic…CANDIDATES BEWARE!

      The Accounting/Finance department is completely toxic. If you are a prospective candidate, do your due diligence and read these reviews. The CAO is a micro manager and will be the WORST leader you will ever work for. ZERO leadership qualities. If you chose to ignore these posts and go in there, you will realize quite quickly that you made a mistake. The people that are in there want to quit but most do not have other options. They will try to sell you on what a great place it is but it is a miserable environment with long hours and the management really does not care about you. Finally, the place is owned by a private equity company and WILL BE SOLD in a year or two…meaning that your job will be in jeopardy if the company is sold. Beware.
