      You can learn how to manage people. You will be the only one who knows about computer technology. You can work with multinational employees.

      Cons

      You will work 7/24 (Literally) You will get annoyed by too many people. A lot. They want you to fix things in a second. After you resign, they will hire other one for 2x of your salary. After you resign, they will hire 3 more people to do your exact work. You can lucky to serve boss's family and employees families. You can learn how not to go crazy.
