Make great friendships with your co-workers

Cons

Have to work at least 2 years or more to get offered employment for BMW. Once they hire you, you go on a 90 day probation even if you already worked there 2 years or more. Try to blame everything on the production worker if there is any kind of problem on the cars.

Lots of opportunity for growth .

Cons

I gave them plenty of notice for my paternity leave, and notice that I’d be leaving the company to care for my son a few months after I returned. I even filed for FMLA. Instead of honoring the federal law, they hired someone to replace me and demoted me upon my return.

None, i quit the job i loved because of being harrassed by a female supervisor who never gpt reprimanded for her actions

Too many to list. Treat employees like garbage Don't care at all Terminated employees to cover themselves Lied about benefits Started new employees at a higher rate than older employees Harrassment is allowed Etc
