    Pros

    High volume and fast paced environment forces you to learn fast. Excellent multi-taskers will thrive and get valuable experience doing a variety of tasks. Challenging workplace where there is no time to get bored.

    Cons

    Although a great place to learn and develop skills, overtime top performers burn out. Motivation drops as more and more duties are given with little compensation or recognition.
