Technical leadership is skewed.

Pros

Gives enough exposure and learning about new platforms. They keep innovating and being a startup are dynamic in work.

Cons

Although the Leadership in US is good, the Noida office does not really have good vision. The vision is not shared with employees, although its a small team.

Pros

- Product is good. Many good things to learn. - Office location is good - Supportive US team - Some knowledgeable and supportive teammates still left.

Cons

- Tech decisions and estimations taken my non-tech people. - Don't work like a product company any more - Work Ethics of Senior management in India office are truly questionable. - "Happy employee makes a Happy customer", for senior management of India office this is just a myth. Their strategy is, pay the employees little above then the market value and then make them work the way company wants. - Firing is common.

Pros

Just to clear the air 1. Read the reviews here and you can easily make out most of the 5 star rating's are fake. 2. Review here in this forum titled "A true picture...!!" is by the management and a perfect example of how badly they speak & treat it's former/current employee's and doesn't respect them at all. 3. Join at your own risk.

Cons

1. MAZ sets wrong example & deviates from it's value's, For instance like freelancing, the company CEO is also a professor at some university (just google). But an employee can be fired if found doing stuff not related to MAZ !!!! The whole company lack's to abide by the policies and have utter disregard to their values. 2. Random policy changes mostly before the start of performance review so do not expect any good hike after a year. 3. Lack technical vision. 4. Leave 5 star fake reviews in Glassdoor 5. Policies in MAZ just fill ego's and do not contribute to employee wellness. 6. MAZ has the habit of hiring & if they feel un-satisfied, with your work or work ethic's like going out for tea,cig's, they start to find flaw's in you. They just do it because they have to have the HR department up & running. 7. Notice period pay checks have unfortunate deduction's. 8. HR is not available for grievances after employee exit. 9. During notice period, HR threat's to malign your reputation to your future employer's after exit, if you ask too many questions.
