Worst IT company in STL. Owner is as greedy as they get and everything is about money. He puts on a front that he cares about the employees but at the end of the day it is all about money. Turn over rate was like 90+% year after year and it gets really old. Clients are lied to and sold something the company cannot deliver which is why everyone is always drowning. Expectations are never met and nothing is ever good enough and it is exhausting. Micromanagement is an understatement, you are picked apart with a fine tooth comb at all times until you feel completely inadequate and beat down. Zero recognition for going above and beyond but instead becomes what is now expected. I could go on all day but I will stop. Work here if you want something on your resume but expect to be miserable for the entire time.

Job security is not there In one year I saw 8 people be fired Micromanagement is an understatement Management doesnt trust techs to do work Time has to be tracked in multiple places If there are sidebar conversations at the office. Expect to be told to shut up or keep it down. Business is only concerned with making the owners wallet fatter. Dont ever expect a raise,that wont happen All the reviews on here could not be more true. Even the ones that are years old
