Can be stifled with bureaucracy. Element of old school ‘time served’ promotion from when the company was tiny.

Not a great place to work at all

Steady work, flexible working and pay is OK

Cons

They go on about the core values A LOT, but they pay lip service to them and they make a big deal about supporting the services. The graduate scheme produces a lot of extremely entitled persons that have an extremely negative view towards serving military personnel and ex-servicemen who they work with. There are areas in the company where only graduates are recruited because managers are graduates themselves and wont recruit anyone who is not a graduate because if they don't have a degree they are not suitable. That from people that regard the organisations that keep the company in business and fund their lifestyle in such a negative light.
