They don't care about their employees. Management literally told me that they didn't care about their staff as reflected by the very high turnover rate. Management yells, and screams, and curse in the office. I have seen several employees break down crying and others punch walls. It's unbelievable. There is no work-life balance and they give your grief about using your time off. A highly stressful place to work.

Everything. The atmosphere is calming until the owner Ed Campanella gets in. Then holy hell breaks out. You have to walk on eggshells. Hires his family and then fires them. He scrams thru the loud speaker and demands attention. Makes you run errands his personal ones. Terrible boss and owner Ed Campanella was and terrible company. Has 3 companies all his but put in different names as the owner. Union and non union- MBI, Pinnacle, and Builders Group. Has employees that food around and play games and shop online.
