From a receiving perspective, the higher ups are completely clueless what the Warehouse actually does. From a shipping perspective, the higher ups are completely clueless and out of touch when it comes to meeting demands of specific clients. From a human perspective, They will use you to the fullest that he can. From a speak up for yourself one time perspective, you will be immediately terminated. The hr department perspective for mcpc is not there for you, as an employee. Rather they protect their higher ups who do nothing physical what so ever. The entire perspective business motto of mcpc is "say yes to every potential client regardless of how much stress and chaos it creates for our employee's". I would not welcome any person to apply to this job as you will be treated as a pawn and nothing more. 2026 also begun a much more horrible health care package for employee's. Why? Because they want more money in their pockets. Minimum wage workers get higher wage increases than any mcpc employee. If you're working in the warehouse, you do at least 30% more, year after year and the biggest raise they give is 35 cents. They also lie to all MCPC employee's when they say "I talk to every department" like no, no you don't talk to the employee's and engage what they go through on a daily basis. I don't know who was born yesterday, employee's or management. The ceo could careless about getting involved with any employee that is not his number 2-5. In over 3 years being there, I have never spoken to him for even a second. I only got to hear him speak over a company meeting.
