There is nothing positive about this company. If you accept a job here be prepared for a constant state of depression and anxiety.

- This is a vanity project - There are no perks or incentives - No clear company goals or objectives - Expect to work early mornings, late nights, weekends - Expect to work on your vacations - Toxic environment and no team culture - Senior management run their company on a fear-based leadership style - Expect to take on all the responsibility and receive zero appreciation or gratitude for your hard work - The highest employee turn over rate I've ever witnessed. Senior management sell this a "good thing". - They expect their employees to take on tasks that they would never do themselves, then pitch a fit when it falls on them - Do not expect to receive any training or mentorship whatsoever.
