Everything else. Confusing onboarding process from the start, kept getting reassigned to different agents/managers. Unclear instructions from my start date to location. Informal communication methods through text and never an in-person conversation. No benefits or any good reason to work there. The company they staffed for was pretty good but this staffing agency just seems to grab anyone they can and does not incentivize employees to do a good job. They have a high turnover as no one wants to work for them. From the starting class I was with of around 20 people maybe 5 actually stayed. They also fought with the Workforce Commission after firing me for missing a few days after contracting COVID so that I would be disqualified from unemployment. That was the most effort I'd seen from them regarding any situation with my employment. Horrible experience. Do not recommend.

Despite promising to help you get another job as long as you don't quit, they ghost you if they're the ones who terminated you. After they ended my assignment to SMS InfoComm because I brought up some concerns, on top of giving me a write-up for low performance, they completely ghosted me. A week later, I sent them a text asking about helping me look for another job as they initially promised. They said they would look into it and then went completely silent again. It seems like SMS InfoComm is their biggest client because if you don't make it there, then the agency won't help you look for another job. I wish I looked at the agreement more closely and taken a picture of it because otherwise, I would've filed a lawsuit with proof that the agency promised to help me find another job right away and yet they didn't.
