      Great Place to work in UAE and highly motivating management having a good Vision. No 1 IT Service and solution provider in the region.

      You can learn so many things

      Cons

      no HR policy, No management interaction, No promotion/Hike, No one is there to listen your issues. Very difficult to work in such environment. Some people are also there to demotivate you.

      Outsource to ADNOC and so we have the benefits of the working hours and holidays that government employees have.

      No interaction with the management.
