Long term employees seem to now be immune to the bully-boy tactics of senior management and executives. It's a culture of blame. The autocratic management approach is to divide and conquer. Some senior leadership are incompetent and lack self- and interpersonal awareness. Marketing drive the strategy b/c the head of customer experience runs rings around the CEO, but there is no support for sales and service to bring the brand to life in customer interaction - there's a huge disconnect between the brand and values out in the market and how it is lived internally.

Where do I start. I’ve never worked in a more backwards, backstabby, second-guessing, suspicious organization in my life. Senior leadership are a mess, the company lacks direction and the conviction to take direction anyway, and lacks everything required to some day deliver something. A culture of fear perpetratored by under qualified and overworked middle managers cultivates almost nothing in terms of real achievement. I resigned without a job to go to and I couldn’t have been happier.
