      Great work/life balance, Not so great Benefits

      Pros

      Company provides a lot of day to day perks (free soda/tea/coffee) for employees which is nice and some positions are allowed to work from home . The leadership team really wants the company to have a lot of employee engagement. There is a great amount of work/life balance and the leadership team adds an extra days off for 4th of July and Christmas which is wonderful, if you have a family.

      Cons

      The health insurance is not very good compared to other companies I have worked for in the past; the price for coverage is insanely high if you add your child or spouse and the employer 401K match is not great either.

      Pros

      This company actually cares about all their employees! They go above and beyond for everyone and the benefits are amazing. The work keeps you busy so the time goes by very quickly! One place where everyone is welcoming and friendly to all new people.

      Cons

      I can't think of any cons of this company! This is truly an amazing company to work for and growing fast.

      Great work environment, company cares about employees and invests in morale. Company invests in employees through tuition assistance and professional certifications. Genuine team atmosphere.

      Cons

      Company recently switched to a high-deductible health plan.
