- They say they are "flexible" and very understanding when it comes to their employees, yet I've never been in a office so strict and by the book.
- All other companies in ad tech have relaxed vacation policy, flexible hours, etc. Not here! Although you are salary employee they are petty enough to count your time in/out by the minute, including lunch and bathroom breaks!
- Everyone in the office is older, 40+ so if you are a young, hungry professional looking for upward mobility... dont even waste your time. I was sold on this family, happy hours during the week, flexible hours... its a bunch of falsehoods to get you in the door.
- Micromanagement - you're every move will be watched, questioned and must be explained, regardless of your past work experience. When you know when every word in every email is being scoured and scanned it makes for a very stressful and uncomfortable work environment.
- First in the space, now back of the pack. Other competitors are eating this space alive. Although MGID was on of the first to enter this space, the lack of creativity, ingenuity... plus the unwillingness to change and adapt has made this company mediocre compared to the others in the space.
