      Owners lack modern management skills (very old school).

      Pros

      People often set their own schedules and hardly anyone works more than 8 hours a day if that. There are lots of opportunities to socialize and gossip.

      Cons

      Lack of communication to the point of being secretive. Owners travel extensively for pleasure and are absent a great deal of the time.

      Used to be the environment, people and even management.

      Cons

      Everything is bad about this place now. Not a good environment at all. People come and go now more than ever due to the high turn over.
