10yThe bickering with our former COO stopped the day he left the company. I'm sorry you had to work with him as he definitely micro-manages people. Since he left we have established a friendly office environment that values our employees. Obviously you feel strongly about your time here, even though it has been a year or two since you worked here.
With the exception of one employee who crossed an HR line that could not be uncrossed, we have never fired an employee without first giving them the opportunity to improve their performance. I don't know who you are, so I can't really comment more, but hopefully you've moved on to bigger and better things.
