Low starting pay for graduates. Bare minimum increments. You have to work long hours to meet unrealistic dead lines. Poor project management most of the project mangers are technical engineers. Most of them have no idea about managing projects .
Its a great place to get started. Flexible hours, no pressure atmosphere. Decent opportunity for a engineering student.

They do little training. The pay will always be on the lower end of the scale. There is little room for advancement and once you figure out what is going on well enough to be an asset to the engineer you work for BAM! There is the ceiling. Because of the company policies regarding incentive to capture talent much of the people working there are what you would expect to find...
