      Listen your feedback when you have something to say and that is taken care of. So you have good position to convey

      No big staff, Company orations are not as such good. So need to get improvement on it

      Good and motivated students striving to improve.

      Cons

      Management is inconsiderate to employees - manager is domineering, salary is always delayed, teacher turnover is high and student attendance is usually blamed on teachers.
