Only good if your face fits. If it doesn’t, forget it as you won’t get anywhere. Lots of work and pressure but for low pay. Various issues going on within teams that are just brushed under the carpet in the hope that they will go away. I didn’t know many staff members that were happy or felt supported. Different rules for different teams and not a very friendly environment, very cliquey.
