      Excellent Work Place!

      Pros

      Exposure to a variety of work. A steep learning curve for those who are willing to work hard. I am focused at becoming a sound legal professional and so appreciate all learning opportunities that come my way. Other stuff like location (office commercial complex), food, and travel options (including metro) are also good.

      Cons

      Office location is in NOIDA (in commercial office areas in sector 127), so you have to be realistic about whether you can travel everyday if you live all the way in Haryana, or even far off areas in Delhi. Most suitable for ppl who are either from NOIDA or who live closer to NOIDA.

      Pros

      -best industry training there is -very friendly peer atmosphere -interesting workshops

      Cons

      -performance is strongly dependent on quality of branch you are working at (move if necessary!) -in the past, "sales stars" with a stellar ego but zero managerial skills were promoted to branch manager positions
