Pros

Managers are great, co-workers are awesome. Its physical work, but what would you expect from a Plastic Injection Molding Plant. Pay is fair with bonuses at 45 and 90 days, and bonuses for not missing work or being late.

Cons

Schedule is tough. Only drawback is that the schedule has you work either Thurs-Fri 12 hours or Sat-Sun 12 hours. Everyone works 6 hours Mon, Tues, Wednesday.
