Pros

Welcoming culture, Great coworkers, Free food on shift and a discount when off shift, chances to move up

Cons

Short staffing, lack of training, Labor hours are balanced out of favor for the closers (have to cut preclosers which puts closes behind), Mental burnout is the usual, pay is way lower than it should be for the work we have to do, the shift leads tend to do more work than the GM (we tend to do a lot of the work they are supposed to do), very performative when it comes to minorities (and when someone does create a bad environment for someone to the point of harassment, the company is more likely to push the person being harassed than the other person.

Pros

50% discount in stores Snacks in kitchen Free parking Fun Co-workers Some of the most fun and friendly people I've worked with are here. I miss my co-workers but nothing else.

Cons

Many unqualified directors and above CEO lacks the self-awareness that he is the primary cause of problems CEO lacks trust in the people hired for their roles Leadership values store employees more than support center employees Leadership rarely says "thank you" or "good job" to support staff Competition gaining an edge because of indecisive leadership team Overworked teams Non-competitive salaries by gross amounts No 401K Full bonuses are rare This is one of the most dysfunctional places I've ever worked due to senior leadership who does not trust the people hired. Some of my coworkers came from top northwest companies with years of experience only to be told what to do by leadership. These people are experts in their field directed by amateurs. That said, some of my coworkers were hired simply because they knew someone in the organization, not because they were qualified. These, combined with aggressive store openings, lack of resources, and inadequate salaries created an intensely chaotic environment. The complaints I heard daily were non-stop. Their motto of giving people second chances is nothing but a marketing ploy.
