Condensed version of my story:
1. Was fired on 4th day with no explanation.
2. Was fired on 4th day right after company's meeting with their accountants
3. Right before that, free lunches were stopped being offered.
4. Two owners promised 3 months probationary period with potential raise, and everything was fine until accountants came in.
5. They fire people left and right, and talk bad about previous and current employees. Notice the picture with over 8 people in the big office, it is not real now. All those people are fired/quit/or their contracts have ended, and office is very small, in a different building.
6. Company is undergoing financial situation, and they rather fire with no explanation, than to explain why they are firing. Leaving you to connect the dots.
7. I was hired as the Operational Manager, and for 3 days I didn't meet the main owner, and only met 1 of the owners on 2nd day.
8. There was no training structure created, and I was left in the office watching others on my own accord, and asking questions on what they are doing.
9. They are working with a solo client company as the exclusive recruiting operation (RPO), and if that said company closes hiring rights to Mogel, you will not have a job to speak of, the company will fold on itself.
10. According to multiple reviews below, the upper management are liars and only care about money, not people.
11. Pay is very low for your positions. It's a small start up, but was "astronomically" bigger before they fired the whole office of faces you see on Glassdoor's page photos.
12. I declined job offers for this job, to be fired on 4th day with no explanation.
13. They want you to sign NDA, and not work for 12 months for a recruiting firms, after being fired/leaving company. I did not sign it, because I didn't even get a chance. It was presented to me on 4th day, and I was being walked out the building with no explanation.
14. Owners are running recruiting tasks themselves, just to get commission off the jobs. Pay structure is very questionable.
15. Conflicts of interest within work, in upper management.
16. Current and previous employees are treated like garbage. Verbally and monetary.
17. Look at reviews below, they will confirm my words. Since 2019 it's been downhill for Mogel, and they try to cover it up with weak promises to new employees, while hiding the facts.
Just remember, you will be fired in an instant, even if you didn't say or do anything to deserve it. I saw it first hand. As long as it benefits Mogel's finances.
