- Being associated with Dell's family office - Flexibility to work remotely if needed - Beautiful office overlooking Central Park
Cons
- People management ineffective - Employees can get burned on death march projects with fundamental leadership issues not addressed - Employee Turnover and light at building trusting long term relationships with employees - Everything is managed through confrontation and belittling - Lack of scale and growth strategy - Exodus of talent a consequence

Salary is ok, free lunch, gym in office
Cons
Horrific communication between departments, catty coworkers, limited culture, Yes, they give you free lunch and have a gym in office but they are doing the bare minimum in their industry. Extremely limited job growth
