Decent benefits - good amount of PTO, discretionary 401k contribution in addition to company match.

Cons

- Constant micromanaging, everyone is afraid to make a mistake so almost all decisions, no matter the significance, need to be approved and take forever to be made. - Constant turnover within certain key departments creates constant uncertainty.
