Pros
They treat their employees well and were very generous with their time and energy. They treated their employees with respect and always had your back even in tough times. they took a lousy industry and made it a little better to work in and thats to their credit.
Cons
A very intense environment where the hours were irregular as is the case with the business they are in. any complaints would not be about the firm but about the industry itself as it is by its nature unstable and an unpleasant environment in general.

Clients, co-workers, general culture was great.
Cons
I was told to make my design "worse." LITERALLY. That was a first. I guess the Obama campaign destroyed the antiquated myth of political design MUST look "cheap." Ha ha. VINDICATION!
