      It was a job till something better came along

      Cons

      90% off the workforce are on work visa and cannot speak English. Big communication barrier. Benefits are a joke, they want results but do not want to put any effort to get those results.

      None that I can think of, unless you are Latino.

      Cons

      Unethical hiring practices, low pay, too many hours with mandatory weekends which none of upper management participates in themselves, safety from upper management is not enforced. It is more of a "do as I say not as I do" company.
