Pros

If you are reading this and if you are an aspiring employee of this company; take every word of caution outlined below, VERY seriously. This way you won’t at least regret later after joining the company. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I worked there as a Senior Executive with the corporate team led by Bishnupriya Narayan for close to 1.5 years. This company is a trap and promotes nothing but employee exploitation to the highest possible order. I could not think of a single positive characteristic of the company barring a perceived sense of flatness in terms of organization hierarchy. So, unless you want to make a career-limiting move or have no other option but to go ahead with this company go ahead and join this. Otherwise please avoid making this biggest mistake of joining this company. - A perceived sense of being a part of “flat” organization

Cons

- Directionless leadership, no vision, no goal, no mentoring [if you are fresh out of school you will face tremendous amt of challenges, and if you have experience don’t expect to learn anything new here] - High on favoritism and internal politics leading to biased performance evaluation - Very high dependency and bias towards org loyalists – people who are technically working there for more than 3-4 years and are somehow stuck here – They will get all the mileage no matter how hard or how well you do your work - Poor quality clientele (with MSL; good clients are either with 2020 or with MSL consumer) barring these 2 clients – Coke and LIXIL. - Extremely poor account management and no focus on quality & project management and resource optimization - Extremely poor client handling and expectation setting - Ridiculously inefficient and subpar senior management and leadership – leading to too much dependency on executives and senior executives and even Management associates. - No organizational processes, no structure in place - Very high micro-management - Ridiculously inefficient workflow management leading to an absurd amount of overtimes and burn-outs for every individual (expect to give at least 12 hrs on an avg daily since they optimize revenue by compromising on resource headcount)

Cons

No work life balance No structure in the teams and departments They make you work on weekends and the people have no empathy and team unity It feels like a jail and seniority holds more weightage than basic logic in professional conflicts They won't approve your leaves until you mail them 2 months prior about them V strict for stupid nonsensical rules that they make themselves

Pros

MSLGROUP is just a big name to be associated with

Cons

No work-life balance Pay is lesser than competitors CEO is a liar who makes false promises of appraisals Appraisals and promotions take multiple years Exploitation of employees - half the team has quit MSL, but still they are not hiring more people and as a result the existing employees are doing overtime, while the salaries have not been increased even though the competition is paying 50% more
