Pros

3 and 4 day weekends are great.

Cons

Pay, requesting time off changed and we now only get 40 hours of PTO for our first year and 80 hours for our second year. 4 days of unpaid time off a year.

Pros

Some great people to work with Downtime Available cafes Honestly, not a lot of pros

Cons

Don't work here if you're not a magic card nerd. They hire unfit people for the job and management. Leads bring magic cards and play them all night at their desk Some techs play magic cards all night and barely assigned any jobs Leads only leave cub for quality checks, even then one of them barely climbs two steps up the ladder Assign made up positions in favor of their "friends" ie...Safety Officer? Backup Lead? to get people in trouble. Assign unfit people to only do toolkit audits (not a real job, they can do it themselves) I was held from advancing and obtaining my certifications while they pushed their "safety officer" who was hired after me after I told them "I'm here to grow. Give me all the jobs, I want all the certs" in my quarterly review. We were asked to count danger signs and locks from each LOTO cage --> that's not part of the job description.

Pros

Different work everyday Good amount of downtime Compressed work week Lots of room to growth

Cons

If you work Shift 6 you're life will be miserable Your experience with the work load is different on which shift you work. Shift 6 has continuous management that senior management refuses to acknowledge despite that one shift's high turn-over rate
