Disorganized mess, good if you need a job but don't make it a permanent solution

Pros
The paycheck comes in on time, plenty of overtime if that is important to you. Good co-workers. Products that you can take pride in making.
Cons
The production floor is understaffed and a complete mess. You will be required to hunt for a reel of parts amid dozens of bins, which no one will know exactly were it should be. You can and will be brought in for 8 hour mandatory overtimes on Saturday and may be forced to start as early as 5am to make up the production lost due to negligence of keeping the floor efficient.

Pros
Pay is great for the amount of work you do. It's basically putting Part A into Part B kind of work.
Cons
Literally ZERO chances of moving up. They hire outside hires for any higher up positions. DO NOT MAKE THIS JOB YOUR CAREER! The environment at this company is very odd. Almost nobody hangs out with others outside of work, and at work there are a lot of cliques mainly based on different languages spoken and cultural backgrounds. Very much a factory culture.
