Pros
- This review is for the New York location where a Bloomberg owns the company. - The job is remote. These types of jobs are getting harder and harder to find, so I love the flexibility. My manager is understanding and I can take breaks throughout the day and work at my own schedule as long as I get things done. If you're a competent worker, this place is heaven as it's lax.
Cons
- This place does not have good people managers. Coworkers who need to get coached don't get coached. The org seems very anti-confrontational. - LT does not work well together. I regularly heard from other co-workers that all of our XLT regularly trash talked each other out in the open with their teams. It feels like high school...almost everyone in a leadership position focuses on playing the game, and will discourage each other or make rude comments about other members of leadership without a second thought for what it means for culture. - Again, take this job for what it is. It's remote. Not sure its the place to grow but my teammates are solid. Don't get caught up in the politics as it's only gotten worse in the past 3-4 months.
