      Pros

      Teaching kids while learning more about coding fundamentals myself was eye opening for how to train people.

      Cons

      Sometimes kids would be rowdy, parents didn't care. Place felt like a daycare center more than a learning center at times

      Management does not know how to schedule enough people at each site. Disorganized shifts and not enough training.
