I gained a lot of experience there. It was hectic and management wasn't great at times. You have to rely on a lot of people everyday to get everything logged in and tested so that creates stress and friction with co-workers. If you are a self motivated person, you can learn a lot to take to a job that pays better
Cons
low paying, high stress, assembly line kind of job. worked a lot of weekends. There is a feeling of just being another body sometimes. No job autonomy.
-Forced weekend work with often no day off during the week.
-Way below average pay and benefits.
-Poor leadership.
-No accountability and transparency from management.
-No career opportunity
