Decent benefits, that’s about it. The CEO is nice and spearheads the company to do well in poor markets. The hiring team and the rest of the leadership team is lacking.

Cons

Constant turnover. Engineering and Estimating departments are strong. HR, Legal, Marketing support, Operations, IT, Admin, and Finance departments are a nightmare.
