Challenging Job Nature, Opportunity to learn quickly, Achievements recognized, Accessibility to all levels, Smaller & hence smarter workforce, people sitting right at the top are down to earth

No Bench period (if you are fond of it), Expected to do a lot of self-study/training (esp. in the initial period), Training while shifting from one role to another is either null or insufficient.
