Pros
The pay was the only pro, however when it comes to feeling safe in environment, the money doesn't mean much. There really were no pro's.
Cons
With certain comments being made, I felt threatened and scared to enter what I felt was an extremely hostile situation. I did take my concerns to upper management and HR, but they said they "needed more" to do anything about it. Yet they agreed the people I made complaints about had been known to be trouble makers in the past. Finally after one month of making complaints, they finally decided to open an investigation. It was just too little, too late at that point. Just a bad environment and I left a very good job to go there. I hope someone will read this and really do their vetting of the job at Maclean Fogg before accepting a position, leaving a good job and finding out the environment isn't what you were hoping for. If you are a professional and looking for professional employment, in my opinion, you may want to go elsewhere.
