- Upper management are lacking responsibility and organization (they tend to push-blame onto other staff).
- No one responds to emails in a friendly or swift manner; everything is direct and attended to 3-5 business days late.
- Unfriendly executive assistant who quite frankly, only wants to impress senior management than to actually support lower-seniority staff. Unless you have a title of high-authority, the EA could not care less in helping. It's sad.
- The company look to hire/recruit BIPOC folk solely to meet their quota of having marginalized staff; not actually to support these individuals as they should be. Was told that there would be an "Equity Team" and never saw it once. Very unpromising.
