      Pros

      The office is quite nice. Maybe a good place to start but I don't know.

      Cons

      Lack of vision throughout the entire organisation. Not a very inspiring organisation to work for. The assignments I was sent on were way below the level I should be functioning at. After numerous talks with promises I decided to leave as working here would not benefit my career (I was a medior at that time).

      Thanks for your feedback. And for your compliments about our office. Unfortunately that seems to be the only positive thing you experienced at Macaw and I’m truly sorry for that. We appreciate our colleagues very much and like to keep them as an external ambassador after they leave. It hurts to see that some of the basics within our company culture (personal attention, transparency and opportunities) have not been experienced by you. If you ever feel the need to share your experience with me personally, I would gladly accept that opportunity.
