Clean shop, best machines in the business and interesting tight tolerance work.
Cons
This place is hell on employees and the turnover rate is very high. When you come in the door it looks like an awesome place and they make you feel like you are special and not just a slave. The problem is the clique core management group are more interested in covering their butts than they are being fair and running a company the way it is supposed to be run. Overall it is a very toxic workplace with everybody outside of management hating their jobs after a short time and openly discussing how much they hate it.
Gives you good experience working in a thankless, poorly scheduled, high stress, low reward environment
Cons
Middle management doesn't know how to manage people due to lack of training, aging equipment that hasn't been maintenanced, literally no budgets, poor air quality and the list goes on
