Pros
Only thing is salary on time.
Cons
Where to start with, it's full of Cons. 1.No work life balance 2. Company Rule is different for different people. 3.Dirty Management and worst politics by top level managers. 4.The CTO is worst part of the whole system. 5.No fixed notice period, rules keep on changing everyday. 6.Zero work culture 7.No extra work pay, it's 24*7 job. 8.No strategy, no planning, everything is unplanned 9.False allegations given by Managers to sack employee 10.No promotion Guys please don't get trapped by this company or else you will suffer as I did.

Pros
1. Machinesense stacks involve Cassandra, MongodB, Influx and currently elastic DB. They also use grafana. So all hot stacks. Good opportunity to learn. 2. Practical products, opportunity to work with large clients like Siemens, LT 3. Opportunity to learn from senior experienced architects in USA. 4. Much higher salary than Kolkata market and always paid on time.
Cons
1. Since tech stacks are hot, within 1-2 years many software engineers leave with 2x,3x salary- it is good for the engineers who are leaving but bad for other members of the team as they fall into deep pressure frequently 2. Long working hours and high pressure for quality delivery
